Go to Noota's Integration interface and authorize access to your Hubspot account.
Define your custom summary structure if you haven't already, to keep only the important details of your calls.
Use the Noota bot, extension or recorder to capture your meetings and calls (sales, team...).
Noota automatically identifies and creates a contact and opportunity field on Hubspot based on your meeting participants and selected parameters.
When the meeting is over, Noota automatically transcribes and summarizes your meeting or call.
It then exports the customized summary as a note in Hubspot's contact and/or opportunity fields.
