Which AI model does it use?+
You choose between open source models, Claude, Gemini and Mistral. In sovereign mode, Noota runs on Mistral models hosted on French infrastructure.
Can Ask Noota send emails for me?+
Yes. It can write an email, send it, or schedule it for later, including recurring emails such as a weekly update. This works on every plan.
What is a scheduled action?+
A job you describe once, in plain words, that Noota runs on a schedule, for example every Monday at 9. You find them all on the Scheduled actions page, with what each one does next. You can also start from the agents library.
Can I use it inside Claude or ChatGPT?+
Yes. The Noota MCP server connects your meetings to Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants. Noota is listed in the Claude Connectors Directory. The MCP integration is included from the Business plan.
Who can see what?+
Answers respect sharing permissions. Ask Noota only uses the meetings and emails you already have access to, so two colleagues asking the same question can get different answers.
Is my data used to train AI models?+
No, 0% of customer data is used for training. Data is hosted in Europe, or in France in sovereign mode. Noota is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant.
