Automations

Set it once. Noota takes it from there.

After every meeting and call, Noota applies the right template, files the report, shares it, sends the follow-up, updates the CRM and posts to Slack. You set the rules once, and nothing waits on you.

01 · Describe

Say what should happen

Write it the way you would tell a colleague. Noota turns it into clear steps you can read and change. Coming early 2027.

02 · Test

Try it on a past meeting

A dry run shows what would be posted and updated, step by step, before anything is sent. Coming early 2027.

03 · Run

Then let it run

Switch it on and it runs after every meeting. An activity log, coming early 2027, shows each run, done or skipped.

How it works

Three steps, then it runs on its own.

Today you set your rules in a few clicks. From early 2027, you can simply describe them and test them first.

01

Describe it in plain words.

Type what should happen after a meeting. Noota builds the automation and shows it as steps you can read. Coming early 2027.

ROI

Five minutes a meeting adds up fast.

Filing, sharing, updating the CRM, posting to the team. Small chores, every meeting. Here is what a team gets back when Noota does them.

Features

Everything after the meeting, handled.

What runs today, and what arrives in early 2027.

Live

Record only what matters

Choose which meetings Noota records and which it skips, so you never decide it again one by one.

Live

Right template, right folder

Sales calls get the sales template and land in the client folder. Interviews get the interview grid.

Shared and followed up

The report goes to the right people and the follow-up email leaves without you opening Noota.

CRM, ATS and tasks up to date

Notes, next steps and tasks go to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or your ATS, on the right record.

Posted where your team works

The summary lands in the right Slack or Teams channel. Zapier, Make and n8n cover everything else.

Early 2027

Describe, test, watch

Describe a rule in plain words, try it on a past meeting, then follow each run in a log. A visual canvas and conditions on what was said, like a budget mention or a churn signal, come next.

What customers say

They say it better.

FAQ

Questions about automations.

What runs today, what is coming, and who stays in control.

Still have a question? Talk to our team →
What can Noota do on its own after a meeting today?+

Record or not, apply the right template, file the report in a folder, share it, send the follow-up email, create tasks, push to your CRM or ATS, and post to a Slack or Teams channel.

How do I set up an automation?+

Today you set your rules in Noota in a few clicks. From early 2027, a new Automations page lets you describe what you want in plain words, and Noota builds it for you to review before you switch it on.

Can I test an automation before it runs?+

Yes, from early 2027. A dry run plays the automation on a past meeting and shows what would be posted, filed and updated, without sending anything.

Who can change the rules?+

Today, automations are set from Noota's settings. Automations by group, with admin locks so a team keeps the same rules, are planned for March 2027.

How do I know an automation ran?+

You see the result where it was sent: the Slack post, the CRM update, the email. From early 2027, an activity log lists every run, with what was done or why it was skipped.

Can an automation react to what was said?+

That is coming in March 2027: conditions on the content of the meeting, such as a budget mention, a churn signal or a rejected candidate.

Which tools can automations send to?+

Noota has 46 native integrations, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Notion and the main ATS. Zapier, Make and n8n cover the rest.

Where does my data go?+

Only to the tools you connect. Noota is hosted in Europe, ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant, and 0% of your data is used to train AI models.
