Calling from Noota (VoIP) is included from the Business plan, €39 per user per month billed annually or €49 monthly. A local phone number is an add-on at €5. Only paid seats are billed.
Can I keep my own phone number?+
Yes. Bring your own number, or order a local Noota number yourself from the settings in a few clicks. In the standard hosting mode, the people you call see your own number.
We already use Aircall, Ringover or 3CX. Do we have to switch?+
No. Noota integrates with Aircall, Ringover and 3CX, so you can keep your phone system and still get your calls written up in Noota.
Can I receive calls, or only place them?+
Both. On iOS and Android you place and receive calls with your Noota number. On the desktop and web apps you call straight from Noota, from a contact, an email or the dialer.
What about conversations in person?+
Open the mobile app and record. It keeps recording when the screen is locked, and you get the same transcript, report and next steps as for a call.
Do I need to tell the other person the call is recorded?+
Yes. As with any call recording, let the person know at the start of the call, in line with the rules of your country. Admins can lock the recording settings so the whole team works the same way.
Does Noota handle voicemail?+
Not yet. Voicemail is coming, planned for February 2027.
Where are my calls stored, and are they used to train AI?+
Calls are hosted in Europe by default, or only with French providers in sovereign mode. In sovereign mode, outbound calls mask your number. Noota is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant, and never uses your calls to train AI models.
